Alas, I do not wear lipstick to leave kiss marks over your face. Instead, blue fingerprints find their way onto your skin.
Forgive my intrusion upon this world as I lay imprints of ink over surfaces and minds alike, but know that you are loved if you find the blue on you.
The pen is the greatest weapon, and I wield it with pride. Ink coats three fingers of my right hand, leaving its mark on everything it touches, saying “Anaika was here.”
All existence yearns to matter, to prove its own existence. We all do things in this world only to say “I was here” in different forms.
Allow me to lay bare love letters at your feet; let me leave ink-prints on your body.
The rest of the words on these pages are indiscernible, soaked in ink and tears.
Anaika.
this is really nice… I like it
